All the girls in school have a crush on him, and all the boys respect him. He’s smart, he’s athletic, and he’s kind to everyone. Haruki as a character fits the archetype of Mr. It’s also nice to see what the dynamic between the MC and guys were like when they were kids, and gives some context to how their relationships are in the current day. Rihito and Ichigo were especially adorable as children. ![]() I really enjoyed these, mostly because the sprites of the guys as kids are so darn cute. These show scenes from when the characters were children, and the MC still lived in the same town. The game also adds a new element in little cut scenes that play between certain chapters. This will probably change in the second season when the characters are older and out of high school. At least it is in Haruki’s route, but I suspect it’s like that in all the routes given the ages of the characters. It’s all about meeting your first love again, so it’s a very pure and sweet romance. The characters are all in high school, and as such there is no sexual tension. The romance is a little bit different from some of Voltage’s other games. The guys are at their funniest when they’re all hanging out together. ![]() As with many other Voltage games, the group dynamic is what provides most of the humor to the game. That’s not to say it doesn’t have it’s dramatic moments, but it’s not in the same realm of drama and heaviness that KoR and IYAT are. The game is very similar to LLfTX, MFW and MSB, in that it has a more lighthearted feel and tone to it. You move back 10 years later and become reaquainted with your childhood pals. The premise of this game is that you spent your early childhood in a small town, and were childhood friends with the guys in the game except Johji (his route might reveal something different).
